How I WorK
Whether I’m supporting an adolescent through a difficult transition or partnering with a leader at a crossroads, my approach is grounded in the same principles: presence, curiosity, and compassion.
I believe meaningful change happens when we pause, listen inwardly, and bring fresh awareness to thepatterns shaping our lives. My role is to create a space where all parts of you are welcome — and where you can step into new ways of relating, leading, and living.
Core Principles That Guide My Work
Relational and trauma-informed – growth happens in relationship, not in isolation.
Whole-person focus – I work with mind, body, and emotions together.
Liminality and transition – I specialize in times when the old ways no longer fit and the new hasn’t yet arrived.
Discernment and integration – I help you clarify what matters and align choices with your deeper values.
Creativity and innovation – I tailor each process to meet you where you are.
Two Pathways, One Philosophy
Therapy supports healing and resilience, helping you explore emotions, patterns, and relationships in depth.
Coaching supports clarity and growth, helping you make aligned choices and show up more fully in your work and life.
Whichever path you take, my commitment is the same: to walk alongside you as you discover new ways of being that bring greater freedom, fulfillment, and meaning.
Please note:
Once we have started working together in either a coaching or a therapeutic relationship, if it becomes evident that you would benefit from support in the other area, I will refer you out to other resources to ensure that we do not come into a conflict in our specific relationship and the purpose of our work together.
