Fees & Insurance

Fees & Accessibility

I believe therapy is both an investment in yourself and a partnership. The rate you pay reflects not only the time we spend together in session, but also the depth of training and experience I bring to the work, as well as my preparation for our sessions and commitment to helping you create meaningful change.

Standard Fees

  • Individual Therapy (50 minutes): $250

  • Family Therapy (80 minutes): $350

  • EMDR Therapy (80 minutes): $350

Sliding Scale & Accessibility

I reserve a limited number of sliding scale spaces for clients with financial need. These typically range from $150–$200 per session, depending on circumstances. Please reach out if cost is a concern—we can discuss what’s possible.

INSURANCE

Though I am not currently in-network on any private insurance panels, I am happy to provide you with the necessary documentation to submit for out-of-network reimbursement from your (PPO) insurance company. Services may also be covered by pre-tax Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) or Health Spending Accounts (HSAs).

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate from me for the total expected cost of my psychotherapy services. You can ask me, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
