Jennie TranteR

M.a., LMFT, LPCC, Certified Integral Coach (SHe/Her)

With backgrounds in international relations, finance, and psychology, I understand both the driven world of high performance and the deep inner work of healing. I know firsthand what it’s like to look successful on the outside while privately struggling with stress, exhaustion, or self-doubt. Years of my own coaching and therapeutic work taught me that true growth comes not from pushing harder, but from learning how to soften old patterns and build new ones. That personal journey deeply informs the way I support my clients.

I’m a licensed psychotherapist and certified coach with focus on life and professional transitions, complex trauma, and grief. My approach is integrative, compassionate, and practical.

I am a dedicated student of mindfulness and meditation, yoga and personal development, as well as a lover of the outdoors who spends as much time as possible in the mountains and on the coastline of California hiking, cycling, and backpacking to recharge my soul.
